Governor Patrick today announced the nomination of Margaret R. Guzman to the Dudley District Court, Leilah A. Keamy to the Worcester Probate and Family Court, and Angel Kelley Brown to the Brockton District Court. Kelley Brown is a graduate of Colgate University (B.A.), Temple University School of Law (LL.M. in Trial Advocacy), and Georgetown University School of Law (J.D.), and is a resident of Brockton. She is
