INTERNET ARCHIVE ADMISSABLE AS EVIDENCE
LawLibTech(http://www.lawlibtech.com posted Nov. 21, 2004) reports that Stanford Law School Center Internet and Society report, "In a pretrial evidentiary ruling, a magistrate judge in the Northern District of Illinois held "snapshots" taken by the Internet Archive that depict web papges as they appeared in the past are admissible under the Federal Rules of Evidence."
