Temple Law Professor and cases allegedly tainted by police narcotics team

Professor Edward Ohlbaum was quoted in Mark Fazlollah's recent article about convicted dealers seeking new trials.  He said convicts routinely are freed from prisons when they can prove they did not receive fair trials. He cited Supreme Court Justice Benjamin N. Cardozo's lament that "the criminal is to go free because the constable has blundered."  See philly.com for more information.
