A new book of famous opening and closing arguments: 'In The Interest of Justice: Great Openings and Closing Arguments of the Last 100 Years' by Joel J Seidemann, New York, Regan Books, 2004. The arguments are presented as well a comentary on the effectiveness. Included are such cases as O.J. Simpson, Adolf Eichmann, Scopes trial, Martha Stewart, Timothy McVeigh up to Beth Myerson. Interesting read.
