You missed a very important movie loaded with incredible trial advocacy tips: My Cousin Vinny.

I've used clips from this movie to demonstrate cross-examination techniques, how to build suspense during direct examination, and, of course, how NOT to present an opening statement. It's definitely worth adding to your trial lawyer's library.

I notice that a large number of these movies are chronologically (tick, tock, tick, tock) lumped from the mid 1950s to the mid 1960s. Why do you suppose that is? Einar
