NITA

NITA, National Institute for Trial Advocacy, is a group of professors, judges and lawyers formed to promote justice through ethical advocacy, train lawyers in competence and develop and teach trial advocacy skills.

MODERN VISUAL EVIDENCE

ALM catalog lists a book Modern Visual Evidence by Gregory P Joseph. Included in it is information on digital photography in the courtroom, trial testimony by contemporaneous transmission between locations, ABA standards for electronic discovery, admission of e-mail content, case law on use of video depositions, computer generated recreations of events.
