PBI and PBA presentation on Evidence Advocacy

On August 28th,the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Philadelphia Bar Association presented "Ohlbaum on Evidence Advocacy: Using the Rules of Evidence to Persuade."

In the CLE program, Professor Edward H. Ohlbaum discussed how evidence and advocacy interface and provided ideas on how to become a more persuasive courtroom advocate.
