Former Trial Advocacy Professor named to the city's Ethics Board
Mayor Nutter today asked City Council to confirm his appointments of Sister Mary Scullion, the founder of Project H.O.M.E., and attorney Nolan N. Atkinson to the city's Ethics Board. Nutter also requested that sitting board member Kenya Mann Faulkner be reappointed to the board.
Nolan N. Atkinson, Jr. is a member of the Trial practice group in the Philadelphia office of Duane Morris LLP and the firm's first Chief Diversity Officer. An active litigator, he has taught trial advocacy at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Temple University School of Law.
